Patrick Bentley

Patrick Bentley is the Program Coordinator for the Utah State University (USU) Challenge Course. He is currently certified by the Association for Challenge Course Technology (ACCT) as a Level II Facilitator and is the only ACCT certified Challenge Course Manager in Cache Valley. He has been designing and implementing experiential education programs and workshops for the past 6 years. Some of these programs include leadership workshops, presenter trainings, corporate retreats, youth conferences, athletic teams, military leadership programs, couple retreats, family and blended family retreats, and adventure nights for youth and young adults.

Patrick received his Master's degree from USU in Instructional Design with an emphasis in Adventure Programming and his Bachelor's degree from USU in Parks and Recreation. In addition to his responsibilities at the USU Challenge Course, he is also the Safety Officer/Lead Facilitator for the Leadership Challenge Camp (LCC). The LCC works with the armed forces JROTC leadership programs nationwide. He also enjoys teaching classes for both USU and the community in helping people gain lifelong skills. He has been a valuable member of the Cache County Sheriff's Search & Rescue unit for the past 17 years.
